The monthly rent is $700 each month.
The home comes with a stove, refrigerator, washer & dryer, free on-site post office, swimming pool, basketball court, playground, and lighted/paved roads.
Tenants are responsible for paying the electricity, water, and trash with Dothan Utilities and Cable TV/Internet from Comcast.
Our lease is month to month, but we have tenants make Pointe South home for years! You must complete an application and pay an application fee of $30 , sign an authorization for a background check, provide rental history information, provide proof of income, have a valid Driver's License (ID does not qualify) and Social Security Card.
Once you are approved, the security deposit is only $700.
