Duties
Ensure monthly publications, newsletters and the annual Welcome Guide are created, reviewed, edited, approved and meets all deadlines.
Coordinate advertising requests with Sponsorship/Advertising Coordinator.
Update Family and MWR Weekly Briefs on a daily basis from marketing requests.
Provide photography services for large events when requested by Annual Events or program managers.
Design layouts and produces graphic designs as requested by serviced activities.
Prepare illustrations for manuals, pamphlets, handbooks and similar types of publications.
Requirements Conditions of Employment Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
A one year probationary period may be required.
Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
Must attend Team Member Orientation within 30 days of employment.
Work Schedule Monday thru Friday with occasional weekend, night, and holiday work.
Must be able to life 20 pounds.
Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para.

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Completion of an accredited program in graphic design, art or related field which involves artistic creativity or work experience performing the duties described above.
Best Qualified: 1.
One year of experience in marketing, graphic design, and implementing campaigns of social media accounts, to include Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
2.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud Suites.
3.
Experience with website design management.
4.
Experience in basic photography.

If authorized, only regular (full-time, part-time, limited tenure and seasonal) employees may be paid Sunday premium pay.
When authorized, Sunday premium will be paid at the rate of 25% of the basic rate for all hours of non-overtime, when any part of the scheduled tour of duty is performed on Sunday (to a maximum of 8 hours per Sunday).
