Job Summary:
The Driver Qualifications Specialist will initiate and maintain driver qualification files and coordinate with Allied to resolve any issues regarding driver qualifications.
Essential Functions:
Initiates driver qualification files (CDL and Non-CDL)
Run and maintain current Motor Vehicle Reports
Run and maintain current licenses
Maintain driver qualification files
Notifies service centers the status of driver qualifications and answers questions as needed
Run and maintain current physicals
Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Efficient data entry ability
Knowledge of company software
Knowledge of Allied systems
Good personality skills to communicate effectively via telephone
Knowledge of Microsoft programs
Required Education and Experience:
Required: High school diploma or its equivalent
Preferred: Previous driver qualification experience
Preferred: Knowledge of DOT driver regulation
Working Conditions:
Indoors
Office Environment
Sitting for long periods of time
