We are a small non-emergency medical transportation company serving the North Florida area, in this role you will ensure the safe and comfortable transport of passengers in your company provided vehicle.
We are currently seeking a compassionate professional, and reliable individual to join our team as a Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Driver.
_No Experience Required_: Paid Training and Certifications Provided.
This position requires you travel in your company provided vehicle to pick up passengers in Crestview, Defuniak, Bonifay, Chipley, Marianna, PCB, Ft Walton Beach and occasionally other locations.
*Duties*:
-Safely transporting patients to and from medical facilities and home addresses.
-Assisting passengers in and out of the vehicle including handling and securing wheelchairs and other mobility devices.
-Keeping detailed records of trips and ensuring timely arrivals while maintaining a clean vehicle.

- Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
- Routing, scheduling, and dispatching of drivers and appointments.

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
*Requirements*:
- Valid _*Florida*_ Drivers License and _*minimum age of 25*_ is required by our insurance
- Must Pass DOT Physical, Background & MVR Check, & Drug Screen
*Qualifications*:
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds)
- Previous experience in customer service, bus driving or commercial driving is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
