I am a pregnant, single mother.
I have a 2 year old boy.
I’m currently seeking a female roomate, has to have a job and/or be self sufficient, must be clean and sober with no felony record.
A single mom with one kid is also acceptable.
Absolutely no couples, it’s nothing against you I’m sure you great together but I’m not making making an exception.
Your room will be yours, all other rooms in the house will be shared spaces.
(with the exception of my bedroom)
