Plenty of restaurants, transit, Safeway, dollar store, parks.
No drugs, no parties, no alcoholics, no night-shifts, quiet at night (10 PM to 8 AM).
We prefer older more mature wise room-mates or quiet responsible self-reliant RESPECTFUL students.
Single person only.
We all sleep by 11 PM here and are up around 7:30 AM.
Note walls are thin unfortunately so quiet time is certain (no loud talking, cooking or playing any audio during sleep hours (use headphones at night)).
