Family of 4 need housing (Ozark)

I am looking for a 4 bedroom space, house or apartment dosnt matter, for my wife and i to move into with our 16yr old and 11yr old.
We both work she has a telecommute type job, works from home.
I get 60-70 hrs a week at my job.
We can afford rent, we bring our own stove/oven and refridgerator.
We also own our washer and dryer.
We need a place in ozark bc our son has been in this school since lisenby and he graduates in 2 yrs.
We would love a rent to own type property, we are getting desperate.
Ozark is a housing desert.
Empty houses everywhere but no one owns them and the ones that belong to ppl arnt for rent or sale.
Every option in ozark is either 1 or 2 bedroom and that isnt going to work for us.
Any communication would be welcome, also if u have a place for sale we got money to take care of closing costs if you would do a lease/rent to own.
