Looking for House to Buy - Enterprise (Enterprise)

I am looking for a house to buy this month, I’m paying cash at any price.
Not looking for anything on the MLS or listed with a realtor.
Strictly off-market.
Please note that If you know of someone with a vacant house or a fixer-upper they’d like to sell then I’ll pay you for the introduction after closing! I prefer a fixer-upper, so if you have a house that needs work or if you’re a realtor with a pocket listing, let me know and I will come take a look.
