Looking for houses that need an update (Dothan)

I’m searching for a house to purchase this month, any house that needs an update at any price and I'm paying cash.
Not looking for anything on the MLS or listed with a realtor.
(Strictly off-market) I will pay you for the introduction (after closing) if you know of someone with a vacant house or a fixer-upper they’d like to sell! I prefer a fixer-upper, so if you have a house that needs work or if you’re a realtor with a pocket listing then let me know and I will come take a look.
