Land to Build Home On (West Dothan to Wicksburg)

I would like to purchase approximately 3 to 8 acres of land somewhere from the west side of Dothan to the Newton/Wicksburg area to build a house on and have a small farm.
I would prefer for a portion of the land to be cleared and in addition to building a home I would have 5 or 6 goats, 2 horses, and maybe a few chickens on the property.
