House to Buy (Dothan)

I’m looking for a house to purchase this month in Dothan, any Price & I’m paying cash.
I’m not looking for anything on the MLS or any listed with a realtor (Strictly off-market) NOTE: "If you know of someone with a vacant house or a fixer-upper they’d like to sell then I’ll pay you for the introduction after closing!" I prefer a fixer-upper, so if you have a house that needs work or if you’re a realtor with a pocket listing, let me know and I will come take a look.
