I’m looking for a house to buy in Dothan, I'm paying at any price.
I’m not looking for anything on the MLS or any listed with a realtor.
Strictly off-market.
Note: I'm willing to pay for the introduction after closing if you know of someone with a vacant house or a fixer-upper they’d like to sell.
I prefer a fixer-upper, so if you have a house that needs work or if you’re a realtor with a pocket listing then let me know and I will come take a look.
