I’m looking for a house to purchase this month in Enterprise (Any Price).
I’m paying cash.
I’m not looking for something on the MLS or anything listed with a realtor.
(Strictly off-market) I'll be paying you for the introduction after closing if you know of someone with a vacant house or a fixer-upper they’d like to sell.
I prefer a fixer-upper, so if you’re a realtor with a pocket listing or if you have a home that needs work or then let me know and I will come take a look.
