*Key Responsibilities:*
* Design, develop, and implement software solutions using Python / Django, focusing on scalability, performance, and maintainability.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Management, QA, DevOps) to define, design, and ship new features and services.
* Participate in code reviews, contribute to team best practices, uphold high code quality, and ensure continuous improvement in the development process.
* Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software to ensure optimization and functionality.
* Stay up-to-date with new technology trends, programming techniques, and best practices in software development.
* Implement security and data protection solutions.
* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
*Qualifications:*
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
* 3+ years of software development experience, with a strong focus on Python programming.
* Proficient understanding of the Django web framework.
* Solid experience with databases (e.
g.
, MySQL, PostgreSQL,).
* Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.

, HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
* Experience with cloud services (e.

, AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.
