We are looking for an energetic, positive, reliable individual with a zest for communication and detail.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Receive and enter payments and security deposits
- Reconcile bank accounts
- Enter of bills
- Ensure all dues are paid
- General Bookkeeping
- Termite Bonds - Schedule inspections, notify tenants.
- Send out Statements once a month
- Place liens
- Perform inspections of the clubhouse and/or pool area to ensure the lawns are cut.
- Inspect the subdivisions for possible violations
- Submit work orders for lawn care, pest control and/or repairs
- Follow up on work orders, payments and/or inspections
- Conduct quarterly Home Owners Association meetings.
- Get Repair estimates
- Oversee Clubhouse reservations
- Answer phone calls and emails in a timely manner.
- Mail notices (meetings, violations, rules, reminders).
